第1条いろどりねっと会員の定義 Article 1. Definition of IRODORINET Members	いろどりねっと会員とは、本規約を承認の上、いろどりねっと運営会社（以下「当運営」という）がインターネットを通じて本サイト（以下「本サービス」という）で提供するサービスの利用者として入会を申し込み、当運営が入会を承認した方をいいます。 Irodorinet members are those who, upon approval of these Terms and Conditions, apply for membership as users of the services provided by Irodorinet management (hereinafter referred to as "the Management") on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") via the Internet, and are approved for membership by the Management.
第2条いろどりねっと会員資格 Article 2. 第3条いろどりねっと会員規約の変更 Article 3 Changes to IRODORINET Membership Agreement	当運営は、本規約の変更が本規約に基づく契約の目的に反せず、かつ、変更の必要性、変更後の内容の相当性その他の変更に係る事情に照らして合理的なものであるときは、民法548条の4の規定により、本規約及び個別規約をいろどりねっと会員に通知することなく随時変更することができるものとします。また本規約及び個別規約を変更した場合、料金その他の本サービスに関する一切の事項は変更後の規約によるものとします。 The Management may change the Terms and Conditions and individual terms and conditions at any time without notice to Irodorinet members in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code of Japan, if the change is not contrary to the purpose of the agreement under the Terms and Conditions and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, reasonableness of the content after the change, and other circumstances related to the change. 第4条入会 Article 4 Admission	いろどりねっと会員になろうとする者は本規約を承諾の上、当運営の定める手続きにより当運営に入会を申し込むものとします。 A person who wishes to become a member of Irodorinet must agree to the Terms and Conditions and apply for membership through the procedures specified by the operation.
第5条通信端末およびアカウント名、パスワード、メールアドレスの管理 Article 5 Management of Communication Terminals and Account Name, Password, and E-mail Address	1. いろどりねっと会員は、いろどりねっと会員自身が設定したアカウント名、パスワードおよびメールアドレスの管理責任を負うものとします。 2.いろどりねっと会員は会員資格を有する間、アカウント名およびパスワードおよびメールアドレスを第三者に利用させ、または、貸与、譲渡、売買、質入等をすることはできないものとします。また、いろどりねっと会員は、通信端末を他者に貸与、譲渡、売買、質入等する場合、いろどりねっと会員資格が他者に利用等されないよう適切な措置を施すものとします。 3.通信端末、アカウント名およびパスワードおよびメールアドレスの管理不十分、使用上の過誤、第三者の使用等による損害の責任はいろどりねっと会員が負うものとし、当運営は、当運営の責めに帰すべき事由による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。 4.いろどりねっと会員はアカウント名およびパスワードを第三者に知られた場合、もしくは通信端末を第三者に使用されるおそれのある場合には、直ちに当運営にその旨連絡するとともに当運営の指示がある場合にはこれに従うものとします。 5.メールアドレスは常に問題なく送受信が行えるよう、いろどりねっと会員の責任において適切に維持管理をおこなうものとします。いろどりねっと会員が登録したメールアドレスにメールができない等、当運営が提供するサービスに多大な支障が出ると判断した場合は、当該アカウントを無条件に削除する場合がございます。 1.Irodorinet members are responsible for managing their own account name, password and e-mail address. 2.During the period of membership, an Irodorinet member may not allow a third party to use the account name, password, or e-mail address, or lend, transfer, sell, trade, or pledge the account name, password, or e-mail address. If a member lends, transfers, sells, or pledges his/her mobile terminal to another party, the member shall take appropriate measures to prevent the use of his/her membership in Irodorinet by such other party. 3.The Irodorinet member shall be responsible for any damage caused by inadequate management of the communication terminal, account name, password and e-mail address, errors in use, or use by a third party, and the operation shall not be liable for any damage except for reasons attributable to the operation. 4.If a third party learns the account name and password, or if there is a possibility that a third party may use the communication terminal, the Irodorinet member shall immediately notify the Management of such fact and comply with the Management's instructions, if any. 5.It is the responsibility of the Irodorinet member to properly maintain and manage his/her e-mail address so that the e-mail address can always be sent and received without any problems. In the event that the service provided by the operation is deemed to be seriously disrupted due to the inability to send e-mails to the e-mail address registered by the Irodorinet member, the account may be deleted unconditionally.
第6条アクセスログの取得 Article 6 Acquisition of Access Logs	当運営はいろどりねっと会員へのサービス品質向上のために、当運営が提供する全サイトへのいろどりねっと会員の全てのアクセスログを取得できるものとします。 In order to improve the quality of service to Irodorinet members, Irodorinet management may obtain all access logs of Irodorinet members to all sites provided by Irodorinet management.
第7条個人情報について Article 7 Personal Information	1. 個人としていろどりねっと会員になろうとする者は、当運営所定の情報を当運営に登録する必要があります。 2. 当運営は、いろどりねっと会員の個人情報を以下の目的で利用することができるものとします。 a. ゲーム、オークション、ショッピングモール、コンテンツその他の情報提供サービス、システム利用サービスの提供のため b. 当運営及び第三者の商品等（旅行、保険その他の金融商品を含む。以下同じ。）の販売、販売の勧誘、発送、サービス提供のため c. 当運営及び第三者の商品等の広告または宣伝（ダイレクトメールの送付、電子メールの送信を含む。）のため d. 料金請求、課金計算のため e. 本人確認、認証サービスのため f. アフターサービス、問い合わせ、苦情対応のため g. アンケートの実施のため h. 懸賞、キャンペーンの実施のため i. アフィリエイト、ポイントサービスの提供のため j. マーケティングデータの調査、統計、分析のため k. 決済サービス、物流サービスの提供のため l. 新サービス、新機能の開発のため m. システムの維持、不具合対応のため 3. 当運営は、以下に定めるいずれかの場合においていろどりねっと会員の個人情報およびアクセスログを第三者に提供することができるものとします。 a. いろどりねっと会員の同意がある場合 b. 裁判所、検察庁、警察、税務署、弁護士会またはこれらに準じた権限を有する機関から開示を求められた場合 c. いろどりねっと会員が当運営に対し支払うべき料金やその他当運営が保有する債権の回収や本人確認を行うために、金融機関、クレジットカード会社、回収代行業者その他の決済またはその代行を行う事業者に開示する場合 d. 当運営が行う業務の全部または一部を第三者に委託する場合 e. 当運営に対して秘密保持義務を負う者に対して開示する場合 f. 当運営の権利行使に必要な場合 g. 合併、営業譲渡その他の事由による事業の承継の際に、事業を承継する者に対して開示する場合 h. 個人情報保護法その他の法令により認められた場合 4.当運営は、いろどりねっと会員に対し第三者の広告掲載、または、宣伝等のために電子メールその他の広告宣伝物を送信できるものとし、いろどりねっと会員はこれを予め承諾するものとします。 1.Any person who wishes to become a member of "Irodorinet" as an individual is required to register his/her personal information with the operation. 2. the operation may use the personal information of Irodorinet members for the following purposes a. When disclosed to financial institutions, credit card companies, collection agencies, or other payment or settlement service providers in order to collect fees owed by Irodorinet members to the Management and other debts held by the Management or to confirm the identity of the member. d. When disclosed in the course of the Management's business operations. d. When we outsource all or part of our operations to a third party e. When disclosing the information to a person who is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information to the Operation f. When necessary for the exercise of the rights of the Operation g. When disclosing personal information to the successor of the business in the event of a merger, transfer of business, or other such event h. When permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. 4. the operation may send emails and other advertising materials to Irodorinet members for the purpose of posting advertisements of third parties or for publicity, etc. Irodorinet members shall consent to this in advance.
第8条その他の情報の取得及び利用について Article 8 Acquisition and Use of Other Information	当運営は、本サービス及び本サービスに付随するサービスの提供のために当運営が取得した情報のうち、個人情報に該当しない情報を統計情報を第三者に提供できるものとします The Management may provide statistical information to third parties from among information obtained by the Management for the provision of the Service and services incidental to the Service, which does not fall under the category of personal information.
第9条いろどりねっと会員の利用制限および登録抹消について Article 9 Restrictions on use of IRODORINET members and cancellation of registration	1. いろどりねっと会員が以下の各号に該当した場合、当運営は、当運営の定める期間、本サービスの一部もしくは全部の利用を認めないこと、または、いろどりねっと会員の会員資格を取り消すことができるものとします。ただし、この場合も当運営が受領した料金は一切返還しないものとします。 a. 会員登録申込みの際の個人情報登録、及びいろどりねっと会員となった後の個人情報変更において、その内容に虚偽や不正があった場合、または当運営が特に認めた場合を除き重複した会員登録があった場合 b. 本サービスを利用せずに1年以上が経過した場合 c. 他のいろどりねっと会員に不当に迷惑をかけたと当運営が合理的に判断した場合 d. 反社会的勢力と不適切な関係にあると当運営が合理的に判断した場合 e. 本規約及び個別規約に違反した場合 f. 当運営からの連絡に対し一定期間返答がない場合 g. その他、いろどりねっと会員として不適切であると当運営が合理的に判断した場合 2. 当運営が会員資格を取り消したいろどりねっと会員は再入会することはできません。 3. 当運営の措置によりいろどりねっと会員に損害が生じても、当運営は一切の損害を賠償しません。 If an Irodorinet member falls under any of the following categories, the Management reserves the right to disallow use of all or part of the Service for a period of time determined by the Management, or revoke the membership of the Irodorinet member. In the event that a member violates these Terms of Use or individual terms and conditions. f. If you do not respond to our communication for a certain period of time. g. If the operation reasonably determines that the member is inappropriate as a member of Irodorinet. 2. a member whose membership has been revoked by the operation cannot reapply for membership to Irodorinet. 3. the operation will not compensate for any damages incurred by a member of Irodorinet due to the actions taken by the operation.
第10条サービスの提供条件 Article 10 Conditions of Service	1. 当運営は、メンテナンス等のためにいろどりねっと会員に通知することなく本サービスを停止し、または変更することがあります。 2. 本サービスを利用するために必要な機器、通信手段などは、いろどりねっと会員の費用と責任で備えるものとします。 3. 当運営は、本サービスに中断、中止その他の障害が生じないことを保証しません。 4. 当運営は、当運営が提供するサービスを現状有姿で提供するものであり、当該サービスが正常に動作すること及び当該サービスに瑕疵のないことを保証しません。 5. 当運営は、当運営が提供するサービスの障害・停止等によりいろどりねっと会員に損害が生じても一切の損害を賠償しません。 1. The operation shall not compensate for any damages incurred by Irodori.net members due to failure or stoppage of the service provided by the operation.
第11条利用料金および支払方法について Article 11 Usage fee and payment method	１．本サービスにかかわる料金の支払いはクレジットカードを利用した決済により行なっていただきます。なお、請求の締め日についてはご利用のクレジットカード発行会社にご確認ください。２.本サービスにかかわる料金は各サービスの決済画面に表示される料金の通りです。ただし、利用者が本サービスの利用に要した通信料金およびコンピューターや通信機器等の費用は、利用者が負担するものとします。 1. 第12条クレジットカードの利用について Article 12 About using credit cards	１．契約の成立お客様がクレジットカードを利用してお支払手続きを行おうとする場合、クレジットカード決済が完了した時点で契約が成立するものとします。なお、クレジットカードによる決済が完了しなかった場合は、契約は成立しません。その場合、当運営いかなる場合でも契約が成立しなかったことに起因する一切の責任は負いません。２．クレジットカード情報の入力 a. 決済に利用するクレジットカード会員番号（カード番号）、クレジットカード名義人、クレジットカードセキュリティコード等を正しくご入力ください。 b. 誤ったクレジットカード情報の入力によりお客様の被った不利益はお客様の責任で解決していただきます。第三者に損害を与えた場合は、お客様自己の責任と負担において当該第三者との紛争を解決していただきます。これらに関し、当運営は一切の責任を負いません。 c. 虚偽のクレジットカード情報の入力等、その他当運営が不適切と認める行為をお客様が行ったことにより生じた損害について、当運営は当該お客様に対して賠償を求めることができるものといたします。３．ご利用いただけるクレジットカード本サービスでのお支払い手続きにご利用いただけるクレジットカードブランドは以下のとおりです。・VISA カード・MASTER カード・JCB カード・AMEX カード・DINERS カードなお、ご利用いただけるクレジットカードの種類は予告なく変更される場合があります。４．クレジットカード精算後の契約解除いかなる場合においてもクレジットカード精算後の契約解除および返金はいたしません。ただし、当運営の責によりお客様が不都合・不利益を被ったと当運営が認定した場合は、返金以外の方法にて当運営より個別に独自のサービスを提供する場合があります。なお、当運営より個別に提供する独自サービスは当運営のみが決定できるものとします。５．当運営からの取消・契約解除下記の場合、当運営は事前の案内無しにご契約を解除させていただき、場合により所定の取消料を申し受けます。なお、当運営は下記理由によるキャンセルによってお客様に生じるいかなる損害の責を負わないものといたします。・お客様が当運営の設定した支払期限までに決済が完了しなかった場合・クレジットカード会社の指示があった場合・不正使用があったと認められた場合６．ご注意クレジットカード決済の途中で規定外の動作をされますと、二重決済などの誤動作が起こる可能性がございます。一度決済ボタンを押した場合には、前画面に戻ったり再度決済ボタンを押してしまわない様、お願いします。正常にクレジットカード決済が出来ない場合、クレジットカードの有効性をクレジットカード会社へご確認ください。 1. 第13条禁止事項 Article 13 Prohibitions	いろどりねっと会員は、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。 a. 当運営が提供するWebサイトや当運営が保有するサーバーに対する不正侵入、攻撃、および、これらが生成する情報、通信内容等の解読、解析すること b. 他のいろどりねっと会員もしくは配信者の個人情報、またはいろどりねっと会員記述情報を違法、不適切に収集、開示その他利用すること c. 他の個人または団体になりすまし、または他の個人または団体と関係があるように不当に見せかけること d. 他のいろどりねっと会員または配信者の ID、パスワードを入手しようとすること e. 迷惑メール、チェーンメール、ウィルス等の不適切なデータを送信すること f. ボットなどの自動化された手段を用いて本サービスを利用すること g. 本サービスを変更または妨げることを目的に利用すること h. 本サービスのバグ、誤動作を利用すること i. 詐欺的行為をすること j. その他当運営が不適当と判断するもの Irodorinet members shall not engage in any of the following acts a. Any other activities that this operation deems inappropriate.
第14条免責事項 Article 14 Disclaimer	1.当運営は、本サービスの内容、ならびにいろどりねっと会員が本サービスを通じて入手したコンテンツ及び情報等について、その完全性、正確性、確実性、有用性等につき、いかなる責任も負わないものとします。 2.いろどりねっと会員は自らの責任に基づいて本サービスを利用するものとし、当運営はいろどりねっと会員の本サービスの利用における一切の事項について何らの責任を負いません。 3.当運営は、コンテンツに関する一切の事項について何ら責任を負いません。 4.いろどりねっと会員は法律の範囲内で本サービスをご利用ください。本サービスの利用に関連していろどりねっと会員が日本及び外国の法律に触れた場合でも、当運営は一切責任を負いません。 5.当運営は、天災地変、防御水準を超えた不正アクセスインターネットの通信障害、本サービスの利用不能またはデータの未着および混乱に関連する事由に起因し、または関連して生じた損害につき一切の責任を負わないものとします。 6.当運営は、本サービスの提供においていろどりねっと会員の希望に沿ったサービスの提供を実現することを保証するものではありません。 7.他のいろどりねっと会員からの通報により当運営にて利用規約に反した行為があったと判断した場合、当運営は当該いろどりねっと会員のアカウント凍結や削除を行います。 8.当運営は、本サービスの利用に関して生じたいろどりねっと会員同士、配信者もしくはその他の第三者との間で発生した一切のトラブルについて関知・関与しません。したがって、これらのトラブルについては当事者間で話し合い、訴訟などにより解決するものとします。 9.当運営は、退会したいろどりねっと会員や当運営に関与しないいろどりねっと会員、および、その他第3者からの一切の要求に応じないものとします。なお、当運営の要求の拒否に応じない、または、強要、脅迫等に該当すると当運営が判断した場合は、紛争解決センターや警察等の機関と連携して訴訟や刑事告発等しかるべき対応を取ります。 1. The Management assumes no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, etc. of the contents of the Service or any content or information obtained by Irodorinet Members through the Service. 2.The Service is provided to Irodorinet Members at their own risk, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any and all matters related to the use of the Service by Irodorinet Members. 3.The Management shall not be held responsible for any and all matters related to the contents. 4.Irodorinet Members shall use the Service within the scope of the law. The operation shall not be liable for any infringement of Japanese or foreign laws by IRODORE.net members in connection with the use of the service. 5. the operation shall not be liable for any damages caused by or in connection with natural disasters, unauthorized access beyond the level of protection, internet communication failure, inability to use the service, or non-delivery or disruption of data. 6. the operation does not guarantee that the service will be provided in accordance with the wishes of Irodorinet members. 7.If the Management determines that there has been a violation of the Terms of Service as reported by another Irodorinet member, the Management will freeze or delete the account of the Irodorinet member in question. 8. the operation will not be involved in any trouble between Irodorinet members, distributors, or other third parties that may occur in relation to the use of this service. Therefore, such problems shall be resolved through discussion and litigation between the parties concerned. 9. the operation will not respond to any requests from withdrawn Irodorinet members, Irodorinet members who are not involved in the operation, or any other third parties. In the event that the operation does not respond to the refusal of a request by the operation, or in the event that the operation deems that the request constitutes coercion or threat, the operation will take appropriate measures such as lawsuits or criminal prosecution in cooperation with the Dispute Resolution Center, the police, or other organizations.
第15条著作権と肖像権 article 15 Copyright and Portrait rights	1.本サービスの提供に際して、使用または掲載されている情報、内容、商標、ロゴマーク等に関する著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権は特に明記されていない限り、当運営もしくは権利者に帰属します。 2.当運営は、いろどりねっと会員が事前に当運営から文書による承諾を得ることなく、私的利用その他法律によって明示的に認められる範囲を超えて、他者著作物の一部または全部をそのままあるいは改変して転用、複製することを禁止します。 1.Unless otherwise specified, copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to information, content, trademarks, logos, etc. used or posted in the provision of this service belong to the operation or right holders. 2. The Management prohibits the diversion or reproduction, in whole or in part, of other persons' copyrighted materials, either in their entirety or in modified form, beyond the scope of personal use or other use explicitly permitted by law, without the prior written consent of the Management.
第16条損害賠償 Article 16 Compensation for Damages	いろどりねっと会員が法令および本規約に違反し、または本サービスの利用に際して当運営または第三者に対して損害を与えた場合、いろどりねっと会員は直接・間接を問わずその一切の損害を賠償するものとします。 In the event that an Irodorinet member violates the law or these Terms of Use, or causes damage to the operation or a third party when using the service, the Irodorinet member shall compensate for all damages, whether direct or indirect.
第17条反社会的勢力の排除 Article 17 Exclusion of Antisocial Forces	1.いろどりねっと会員は、過去、現在および将来にわたり、反社会的勢力に該当しないことを保証し、および暴力的行為、詐術・脅迫行為、業務妨害行為等、法令に抵触する行為またはそのおそれのある行為を行わないものとします。 2.いろどりねっと会員が前項の規定に違反した場合には、当運営は事前に通告することなくいろどりねっと会員の本サービス利用を停止し、または登録を削除する等の措置を講じることができるものとします。これによりいろどりねっと会員に何らの不利益または損害が生じたとしても、当運営は一切の責任を負わないものとします。 1. 第18条当運営からの通知 Article 18 Notices from the Management	1.当運営からの通知は、当運営に登録されたいろどりねっと会員のメールアドレスにメールを送信することによって当運営からの通知が完了したものとします。 2.いろどりねっと会員の登録メールアドレスのいかなる障害も、当運営からの通知が不達となった理由には該当しないものとします。 3.いろどりねっと会員は、当運営からの通知を受け取るために登録メールアドレスが常に問題なく使えるように維持する義務を負うものとします。 1. 第5条通信端末およびアカウント名、パスワード、メールアドレスの管理 Article 5 Management of Communication Terminals and Account Name, Password, and E-mail Address	1. いろどりねっと会員は、いろどりねっと会員自身が設定したアカウント名、パスワードおよびメールアドレスの管理責任を負うものとします。 2.いろどりねっと会員は会員資格を有する間、アカウント名およびパスワードおよびメールアドレスを第三者に利用させ、または、貸与、譲渡、売買、質入等をすることはできないものとします。また、いろどりねっと会員は、通信端末を他者に貸与、譲渡、売買、質入等する場合、いろどりねっと会員資格が他者に利用等されないよう適切な措置を施すものとします。 3.通信端末、アカウント名およびパスワードおよびメールアドレスの管理不十分、使用上の過誤、第三者の使用等による損害の責任はいろどりねっと会員が負うものとし、当運営は、当運営の責めに帰すべき事由による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。 4.いろどりねっと会員はアカウント名およびパスワードを第三者に知られた場合、もしくは通信端末を第三者に使用されるおそれのある場合には、直ちに当運営にその旨連絡するとともに当運営の指示がある場合にはこれに従うものとします。 5.メールアドレスは常に問題なく送受信が行えるよう、いろどりねっと会員の責任において適切に維持管理をおこなうものとします。いろどりねっと会員が登録したメールアドレスにメールができない等、当運営が提供するサービスに多大な支障が出ると判断した場合は、当該アカウントを無条件に削除する場合がございます。 1.Irodorinet members are responsible for managing their own account name, password and e-mail address. 2.During the period of membership, an Irodorinet member may not allow a third party to use the account name, password, or e-mail address, or lend, transfer, sell, trade, or pledge the account name, password, or e-mail address. In the event that the service provided by the operation is deemed to be seriously disrupted due to the inability to send e-mails to the e-mail address registered by the Irodorinet member, the account may be deleted unconditionally.
第6条アクセスログの取得 Article 6 Acquisition of Access Logs	当運営はいろどりねっと会員へのサービス品質向上のために、当運営が提供する全サイトへのいろどりねっと会員の全てのアクセスログを取得できるものとします。 In order to improve the quality of service to Irodorinet members, Irodorinet management may obtain all access logs of Irodorinet members to all sites provided by Irodorinet management.

第9条いろどりねっと会員の利用制限および登録抹消について Article 9 Restrictions on use of IRODORINET members and cancellation of registration	1. いろどりねっと会員が以下の各号に該当した場合、当運営は、当運営の定める期間、本サービスの一部もしくは全部の利用を認めないこと、または、いろどりねっと会員の会員資格を取り消すことができるものとします。ただし、この場合も当運営が受領した料金は一切返還しないものとします。 a. 会員登録申込みの際の個人情報登録、及びいろどりねっと会員となった後の個人情報変更において、その内容に虚偽や不正があった場合、または当運営が特に認めた場合を除き重複した会員登録があった場合 b. 本サービスを利用せずに1年以上が経過した場合 c. 他のいろどりねっと会員に不当に迷惑をかけたと当運営が合理的に判断した場合 d. 反社会的勢力と不適切な関係にあると当運営が合理的に判断した場合 e. 本規約及び個別規約に違反した場合 f. 当運営からの連絡に対し一定期間返答がない場合 g. その他、いろどりねっと会員として不適切であると当運営が合理的に判断した場合 2. 当運営が会員資格を取り消したいろどりねっと会員は再入会することはできません。 3. 当運営の措置によりいろどりねっと会員に損害が生じても、当運営は一切の損害を賠償しません。 If an Irodorinet member falls under any of the following categories, the Management reserves the right to disallow use of all or part of the Service for a period of time determined by the Management, or revoke the membership of the Irodorinet member. 第10条サービスの提供条件 Article 10 Conditions of Service	1. 当運営は、メンテナンス等のためにいろどりねっと会員に通知することなく本サービスを停止し、または変更することがあります。 2. 本サービスを利用するために必要な機器、通信手段などは、いろどりねっと会員の費用と責任で備えるものとします。 3. 当運営は、本サービスに中断、中止その他の障害が生じないことを保証しません。 4. 当運営は、当運営が提供するサービスを現状有姿で提供するものであり、当該サービスが正常に動作すること及び当該サービスに瑕疵のないことを保証しません。 5. 当運営は、当運営が提供するサービスの障害・停止等によりいろどりねっと会員に損害が生じても一切の損害を賠償しません。 1. 第11条利用料金および支払方法について Article 11 Usage fee and payment method	１．本サービスにかかわる料金の支払いはクレジットカードを利用した決済により行なっていただきます。なお、請求の締め日についてはご利用のクレジットカード発行会社にご確認ください。２.本サービスにかかわる料金は各サービスの決済画面に表示される料金の通りです。ただし、利用者が本サービスの利用に要した通信料金およびコンピューターや通信機器等の費用は、利用者が負担するものとします。 1. 第13条禁止事項 Article 13 Prohibitions	いろどりねっと会員は、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。 a. 当運営が提供するWebサイトや当運営が保有するサーバーに対する不正侵入、攻撃、および、これらが生成する情報、通信内容等の解読、解析すること b. 他のいろどりねっと会員もしくは配信者の個人情報、またはいろどりねっと会員記述情報を違法、不適切に収集、開示その他利用すること c. 他の個人または団体になりすまし、または他の個人または団体と関係があるように不当に見せかけること d. 他のいろどりねっと会員または配信者の ID、パスワードを入手しようとすること e. 迷惑メール、チェーンメール、ウィルス等の不適切なデータを送信すること f. ボットなどの自動化された手段を用いて本サービスを利用すること g. 本サービスを変更または妨げることを目的に利用すること h. 本サービスのバグ、誤動作を利用すること i. 詐欺的行為をすること j. その他当運営が不適当と判断するもの Irodorinet members shall not engage in any of the following acts a. Unauthorized intrusion into or attack on the website provided by the operation or the server owned by the operation, or deciphering or analyzing the information or communication contents generated by such intrusion or attack. b. Any other activities that this operation deems inappropriate.
第14条免責事項 Article 14 Disclaimer	1.当運営は、本サービスの内容、ならびにいろどりねっと会員が本サービスを通じて入手したコンテンツ及び情報等について、その完全性、正確性、確実性、有用性等につき、いかなる責任も負わないものとします。 2.いろどりねっと会員は自らの責任に基づいて本サービスを利用するものとし、当運営はいろどりねっと会員の本サービスの利用における一切の事項について何らの責任を負いません。 3.当運営は、コンテンツに関する一切の事項について何ら責任を負いません。 4.いろどりねっと会員は法律の範囲内で本サービスをご利用ください。本サービスの利用に関連していろどりねっと会員が日本及び外国の法律に触れた場合でも、当運営は一切責任を負いません。 5.当運営は、天災地変、防御水準を超えた不正アクセスインターネットの通信障害、本サービスの利用不能またはデータの未着および混乱に関連する事由に起因し、または関連して生じた損害につき一切の責任を負わないものとします。 6.当運営は、本サービスの提供においていろどりねっと会員の希望に沿ったサービスの提供を実現することを保証するものではありません。 7.他のいろどりねっと会員からの通報により当運営にて利用規約に反した行為があったと判断した場合、当運営は当該いろどりねっと会員のアカウント凍結や削除を行います。 8.当運営は、本サービスの利用に関して生じたいろどりねっと会員同士、配信者もしくはその他の第三者との間で発生した一切のトラブルについて関知・関与しません。したがって、これらのトラブルについては当事者間で話し合い、訴訟などにより解決するものとします。 9.当運営は、退会したいろどりねっと会員や当運営に関与しないいろどりねっと会員、および、その他第3者からの一切の要求に応じないものとします。なお、当運営の要求の拒否に応じない、または、強要、脅迫等に該当すると当運営が判断した場合は、紛争解決センターや警察等の機関と連携して訴訟や刑事告発等しかるべき対応を取ります。 1. The Management assumes no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, etc. of the contents of the Service or any content or information obtained by Irodorinet Members through the Service. 2.The Service is provided to Irodorinet Members at their own risk, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any and all matters related to the use of the Service by Irodorinet Members. 3.The Management shall not be held responsible for any and all matters related to the contents. 4.Irodorinet Members shall use the Service within the scope of the law. The operation shall not be liable for any infringement of Japanese or foreign laws by IRODORE.net members in connection with the use of the service. 5. the operation shall not be liable for any damages caused by or in connection with natural disasters, unauthorized access beyond the level of protection, internet communication failure, inability to use the service, or non-delivery or disruption of data. 6. the operation does not guarantee that the service will be provided in accordance with the wishes of Irodorinet members. 7.If the Management determines that there has been a violation of the Terms of Service as reported by another Irodorinet member, the Management will freeze or delete the account of the Irodorinet member in question. 8. the operation will not be involved in any trouble between Irodorinet members, distributors, or other third parties that may occur in relation to the use of this service. Therefore, such problems shall be resolved through discussion and litigation between the parties concerned. 9. the operation will not respond to any requests from withdrawn Irodorinet members, Irodorinet members who are not involved in the operation, or any other third parties. In the event that the operation does not respond to the refusal of a request by the operation, or in the event that the operation deems that the request constitutes coercion or threat, the operation will take appropriate measures such as lawsuits or criminal prosecution in cooperation with the Dispute Resolution Center, the police, or other organizations.
第15条著作権と肖像権 article 15 Copyright and Portrait rights	1.本サービスの提供に際して、使用または掲載されている情報、内容、商標、ロゴマーク等に関する著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権は特に明記されていない限り、当運営もしくは権利者に帰属します。 2.当運営は、いろどりねっと会員が事前に当運営から文書による承諾を得ることなく、私的利用その他法律によって明示的に認められる範囲を超えて、他者著作物の一部または全部をそのままあるいは改変して転用、複製することを禁止します。 1.Unless otherwise specified, copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to information, content, trademarks, logos, etc. used or posted in the provision of this service belong to the operation or right holders. 2. The Management prohibits the diversion or reproduction, in whole or in part, of other persons' copyrighted materials, either in their entirety or in modified form, beyond the scope of personal use or other use explicitly permitted by law, without the prior written consent of the Management.
第16条損害賠償 Article 16 Compensation for Damages	いろどりねっと会員が法令および本規約に違反し、または本サービスの利用に際して当運営または第三者に対して損害を与えた場合、いろどりねっと会員は直接・間接を問わずその一切の損害を賠償するものとします。 In the event that an Irodorinet member violates the law or these Terms of Use, or causes damage to the operation or a third party when using the service, the Irodorinet member shall compensate for all damages, whether direct or indirect.
第17条反社会的勢力の排除 Article 17 Exclusion of Antisocial Forces	1.いろどりねっと会員は、過去、現在および将来にわたり、反社会的勢力に該当しないことを保証し、および暴力的行為、詐術・脅迫行為、業務妨害行為等、法令に抵触する行為またはそのおそれのある行為を行わないものとします。 2.いろどりねっと会員が前項の規定に違反した場合には、当運営は事前に通告することなくいろどりねっと会員の本サービス利用を停止し、または登録を削除する等の措置を講じることができるものとします。これによりいろどりねっと会員に何らの不利益または損害が生じたとしても、当運営は一切の責任を負わないものとします。 1. Irodorinet members guarantee that they do not fall under the category of antisocial forces, past, present, or future, and will not engage in violent, fraudulent, threatening, or obstructive acts, or any other acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations. 2.If an Irodorinet member violates any of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Management reserves the right to suspend the IRODORI.net member's use of the service without prior notice, delete the registration, or take other measures. The Management shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by the Irodori.net Member as a result of such measures.
第18条当運営からの通知 Article 18 Notices from the Management	1.当運営からの通知は、当運営に登録されたいろどりねっと会員のメールアドレスにメールを送信することによって当運営からの通知が完了したものとします。 2.いろどりねっと会員の登録メールアドレスのいかなる障害も、当運営からの通知が不達となった理由には該当しないものとします。 3.いろどりねっと会員は、当運営からの通知を受け取るために登録メールアドレスが常に問題なく使えるように維持する義務を負うものとします。 1. Notification from the Operation shall be deemed to be completed when an e-mail is sent to the email address of the Irodorinet Member registered with the Operation. 2. Any failure of the registered email address of the Irodorinet Member shall not be considered a reason for non-delivery of notices from the Management. 3. The Irodorinet Member is responsible for maintaining a working email address in order to receive notifications from the Management.
第19条サービス変更および廃止 Article 19 Change and Discontinuance of Service	1.当運営は、当運営の都合によりいつでも本サービス内容を変更できるものとします。 2.当運営は、当運営の都合によりいつでも本サービスを廃止できるものとします。 1. The Management reserves the right to change the contents of the Service at any time for its own convenience. 2. The Management may discontinue the Service at any time for its own convenience.
第20条退会 Article 20 Withdrawal from Membership	1. いろどりねっと会員は、当運営の定める手続きにより自由に退会することができます。 2.当運営は、いろどりねっと会員が本規約を遵守していない、もしくは、当運営に対して著しく不利益となる行為をしていると認めた場合、予告なく該当会員を退会処分できるものとし、かつ、当該会員に対するいかなる賠償責任も負わないものとします。 1. Irodorinet Members may freely cancel their membership in accordance with the procedure stipulated by the Management. 2.If the Management deems that an Irodorinet Member is not in compliance with the Terms of Use or is committing an act that is extremely detrimental to the Management, the Member may be terminated without notice, and the Management shall not be held liable for any compensation to the Member.
第21条準拠法 Article 21 governing law	本サービスおよび本規約、プライバシーポリシーに関する準拠法は日本法とします。 The Service, these Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
第22条管轄裁判所 Article 22 governing law	本サービスに関し、いろどりねっと会員と当運営との間で訴訟が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第1審の専属的管轄裁判所とします。 If a lawsuit arises between Irodorinet members and the operation regarding this service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first trial.
